Hayley Oates, 25, and her friend were outside of the Grasshopper, a bar in Wayne, New Jersey, and phoned in a woman being attached at another bar's parking lot to distract the cops. Minutes alter, Oates posted on Twitter, "lmao.. 2 mins later the cop peals out..silly piggies tricks r for u," Oates was arrested Thursday for filing a false police report and creating a false public alarm.
