Woman arrested after taunting police on social media, filing false report

A New Jersey woman was arrested this week after filing a false police report to avoid a DUI, then mocked the police shortly thereafter on Twitter calling them "silly piggies". Hayley Oates, 25, and her friend were outside of the Grasshopper, a bar in Wayne, New Jersey, and phoned in a woman being attached at another bar's parking lot to distract the cops. Minutes alter, Oates posted on Twitter, "lmao.. 2 mins later the cop peals out..
