What Is Your Consultation Policy?
At Bloom Legal we offer free phone consultations on all new legal matters. If we do not answer your call initially, we will get back to you within the next 24 hours.
If you would rather speak to our attorney face to face, we are happy to accommodate you in our office in downtown New Orleans. If you are unable to travel, we can also meet you at your home for a consultation when necessary.
Whether you’re calling or meeting us in person, you will always get to talk to an experienced lawyer or paralegal, ensuring you get expert legal advice on your issue. Our consultations are always free of charge.
We understand that the consultation process is a two-way street. We will gather information from you about your case to see whether it’s something we can help you with. And we know you’ll want to ask us questions to make sure we’re the right fit.
We believe that communication is essential to a successful attorney-client relationship, and want to establish open and honest dialogue right out of the gate. We will answer whatever questions you may have to the best of our ability. If we cannot help you with your issue, then we will point you in the direction of someone who can.
Bloom Legal has been serving the New Orleans area for a decade and a half. We truly care about the people of this city. We treat every client as an individual and try to approach every case with compassion and understanding.
Will My Consultation Remain Confidential?
Attorney-client privilege exists regardless of whether you hire us or not. This means your consultation will always remain confidential, even if you ultimately decide not to hire us.
We understand that everybody makes mistakes, and that sometimes bad things happen to good people. We will never judge you for what you may tell us, or hold anything against you.
Should you decide to hire us, we will fight for you and alongside you. We will do everything in our power to represent you, and work diligently to get the best outcome possible for your and your future.
