OPSB passes several new policies to ease families seeking top schools

[caption id="attachment_5800" align="alignnone" width="960"] Photo courtesy of www.nola.com[/caption] The Orleans Parish School Board met Thursday at the former site of McDonough 35 where they passed several new policies seeking to ease the access to families to top level schools in the New Orleans area.These changes will make it easier for families to seek entry into top-level schools, regardless of geographic location. Once policies are fully in place, the application process will be handled solely with OneApp.These new policies took years to develop and the Orleans Parish School Board worked closely with schools to achieve an equilibrium.
