New Orleans man pleads guilty to 3rd offense DWI, gets jail time

[caption id="attachment_5789" align="alignnone" width="620"] Photo courtesy of www.nola.com[/caption] Joshua Bruce, of New Orleans, was sentenced to jail time after being convicted of a 3rd offense DWI from a Causeway accident a year ago. Bruce was noticed by a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Deputy swerving across lanes and eventually hit a guardrail. He was pulled over and noticeably intoxicated, swaying back and forth, and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was sentenced to 5 years in jail, with four of the years suspended.
