Man charged with 3rd DWI after he crashes into a building

Justin Gillard, Lake Charles, was arrested and charged with a 3rd offense DWI after he crashed his truck into a business. Early Sunday morning, a Louisiana State Trooper was notified of a single-car crash. The crash cause significant damage to the front of the business. According to his Breathalyzer, he was over 2 and a half times the legal limit. Gillard was also charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license, careless operation, and open container of an alcohol beverage.
