Joseph Neal Page of Robeline, LA was arrested on November 2nd after being discovered passed out in the McDonald's drive-thru in Gonzales. A McDonald's employee had called 911 and Officer Tunis arrived and noticed Page passed out in the drive-thru with the truck in drive and foot on the brake with an open container of beer. Mr. Page was slurring and had said he was somewhere near the Texas-Oklahoma border and that he had other people in his car, which none were seen when the officer was dispatched. Page failed a field sobriety test and was arrested and brought to the Gonzales County Jail.
