Four shot, three dead on N.O streets Tuesday

Photo courtesy of WWLTV NOPD reports four people have been shot in two separate shootings today. The latest shooting occurred in the 2400 block of Arts Street where a 19 year old was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. An earlier shooting happened about a mile away on the 1900 block of Feliciana where two people were shot and were later pronounced dead at the hospital.
