Additional charges of vehicular homicide have been added to Feller's booking after Chuey died from his injuries at Interim LSU Public Hospital. Vehicular homicide convictions carry between 5-30 years and a fine of at least $2,000 but no more than $15,000. Chuey is being awarded his degree posthumously by the University, needing only one more class to complete his bachelor's degree.
