Defense Seeks Delay in Case of New Orleans Kickback Scheme

Attorneys for Mark St. Pierre, an alleged associate of Greg Meffert the former New Orleans technology chief who has been implicated in a scandal involving kickbacks and other illegal bribes, have recently moved to delay the case against their client. St. Pierre is facing 63 corruption counts as a result of his alleged participation in using city funds for his own private gain.
