David Cassidy from ‘Partridge Family’ Charged with DWI

According to TMZ.com, David Cassidy, famous for his portrayal as Keith Partridge in the 70s show ‘The Partridge Family’, was arrested early yesterday morning for DWI near Albany, New York. After leaving his high-beams on as he approached the checkpoint, Mr. Cassidy failed the sobriety tests and blew a .10 breathalyzer. Since he has a prior out of Florida for a DUI, he could potentially face felony charges. He was released on $2,500 bail.
