Motorcycle Accidents in New Orleans

Seth: David, one thing I think we do at Bloom Legal is, you know, we handle personal injury a lot, auto accidents, property claims, but I think there’s some unique things that go into representing someone that got injured on a motorcycle.

David: Yes. Absolutely.

Seth: So working with someone on a, you know, that’s been injured in a motorcycle accident, a motorcycle tort, or a motorcycle personal injury case is something we work on a lot. So maybe you could talk about that a little bit and some of the things?

David: Absolutely and motorcycles are unique because a lot of times when there are injuries with dealing with a motorcycle, unfortunately, they’re more serious because there’s not as much protection when you’re riding a motorcycle compared to when you’re in a car. A lot of times you’ve either been hit by a car or maybe even an 18-wheeler or something of that nature where you’ve fallen off of your bike and, you know, been injured very badly. So it’s something that we need to obviously get you to a doctor or your need to get to your doctor to make sure that you’re okay, to make sure that all your injuries are being treated, and immediately call an attorney to protect your rights and know how to proceed.

Seth: David, I think you’re right with that and anyone who does get injured in a motorcycle accident, we certainly are here to help. So give us a call at (504) 599-9997. Either David or myself will help you and give you a free consultation and hopefully send you on your way.

"I contacted Bloom Legal out of the blue with a strange question for a fiction series I’m writing that takes place in New Orleans. Being from Maryland I was in the dark and needed assistance and they jumped at the chance to help me (they were the only law firm that responded to my e-mail). His team worked quickly and carefully to find the information I needed. Because of the help they provided it changed a large aspect of my novel and for that I am very grateful."
