Panthers quarterback, Cam Newton, injured in car accident

Panthers quarterback, Cam Newton, was taken to the hospital Tuesday after an auto accident in Charlotte. After being taken to the hospital, doctors found fractures to his lower back. Although not seriously injured, Newton was taken to the hospital via ambulance as a precaution. As of Tuesday evening, police were still determining the cause and fault of the accident.
