NOPD Officer Keith Elsensohn was placed under suspension after being arrested for DWI. Elsensohn was traveling on the I-10 near the Louisa Street exit when we crashed into the guardrail. After conducting a field sobriety test on the off duty officer, he was arrested for DWI. Elsensohn is a six-year veteran of the force and was recently promoted to the NOPD Special Operations Division.
