Using reports of active and non active mailing addresses the Greater New Orleans Data Center has calculated that over 8,000 properties have been restored between September 2010 and March 2011. Detroit and Flint, MI now have the unpleasant distinction of being considered America's most blighted cities. This is great news for our great city! For more on this story visit Nola.com
