‘NCIS’ actor Michael Weatherly charged with DUI

‘NCIS’ actor Michael Weatherly was charged with a DUI earlier in November after being pulled over in Hollywood, according to TMZ. The actor failed the field sobriety tests and was registered and well beyond the legal BAC limit. The actor could face up to 6 months in jail, but is unlikely considering it’s a first offense for the actor.
