Man gets drunk in public citation while riding horse

[caption id="attachment_6782" align="alignleft" width="300"] Courtesy of www.wbrz.com[/caption] Jack Williams, Watson, LA, was issued a citation for drunk in public while riding his horse, Sugar, home from the daiquiri shop. Williams claims he was too drunk to drive his truck and trailer back so he opted to use his horse, Sugar, who knew the way home. While riding along Highway 16, Williams was stopped by a police officer and given a ticket for being drunk in public, not a DWI since he was riding a horse and not driving a vehicle.
