Alex Septh was arrested for his 8th offense DWI after striking a pedestrian in East Baton Rouge Parish Friday night. Mr. Septh was driving in the 2500 block of Kaufman street when he backed into a pedestrian. Police stopped him and noticed he smelled like alcohol and conducted a field sobriety test and Mr. Septh submitted to the Breathalyzer. He was arrested for his 8th offense DWI, and drug possession.
