Man arrested for 4th offense DWI after head-on collision with 18-wheeler

A man was arrested for a 4th offense DWI last week after he walked away from a head-on collision with an 18-wheeler on the I-10. William Shockley-Hainswas arrested and booked into the Jefferson Davis Parish jail for a 4th offense DWI. His truck rolled several times and he only suffered minor injuries.
