The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Enforcement Division arrested Leopold A. Larousse, of Luling, for a DWI and booked him in St. Charles Parish jail. Agents were called out to a sunken mud boat and three men waving for help in Bayou Des Allemonds. Agents noticed Larousse was impaired and administered the field sobriety test and Breathalyzer, both of which he failed.
