According to the Huffington Post, Bieber was arrested in Miami for DUI and drag racing. He was pulled over in a rented yellow Lamborghini after police witnessed him drag racing. He was administered the standard field sobriety texts, which he failed. As of Thursday morning, there are no charges against Bieber and he is no longer in police custody.
