Jersey’s Nearly Naked DUI

Posted on Jan 21, 2013 in DUI/DWI, National Issues

Friday morning a New Jersey women was arrested on numerous charges after crashing into a retaining wall. When the police pulled her over a few minutes after the crash, Catherine Giaquinto appeared to be intoxicated and was wearing only an unzipped jacket. Giaquinto told the police she didn't remember the crash or where she was headed to. The New Jersey officer then noticed clothes in the back seat of the car and asked Giaquinto to get dressed. After about 10 minutes, she finally obliged. Whether you were arrested for a DWI wearing clothes or not, Bloom Legal can help. Call 504-599-9997.
