Jell-O Shots Found on Alleged Drunk Driver

Cathy Sanchez, 28 year old Minnesota resident, was pulled over on May 31 after she was spotted driving sloppily. During the 2 a.m. stop, Glydon police noticed a few things that indicated the woman might have been intoxicated. The police claimed that Sanchez smelt of alcohol, her eyes were bloodshot, and she was not speaking clearly.
Police have reported that her blood-alcohol level was at 0.136. During a search of her body, police discovered that Sanchez had three Jell-O shots in her pockets.
Sanchez now faces several charges. Her charges include two counts of driving while impaired, one count of providing an officer with a false name, and one count of driving after a cancellation.
