Debra White, 46, was seen serving through traffic when the Kenner Police officer pulled over her 2000 GMC vehicle. Once pulled over, she backed into the police car once, then when he attempted to reverse, she hit the vehicle a second time. Once stopped, the failed the field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI, reckless operation, and aggravated flight from an officer.
