Dina Lohan to Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation Following DUI Arrest

Dina Lohan was arrested on Sept. 12, 2013 for DUI after being stopped for speeding in New York. The judge referred her to a community-service program and has ordered her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, Huffington Post reports.
She has pled not guilty to the charges and surrendered her driver’s license. Her next court date is set for January 7, 2014.
