[caption id="attachment_3182" align="alignleft" width="300"] Photo courtesy of NOLA.com[/caption] Suspect James Holmes appeared in court today after his arrest for Friday morning at Century 16 Theater at the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises where Holmes opened fire killing 12 people and injuring 58 others. Police have announced that Holmes has yet to cooperate with authorities and a motive has yet to be discovered. Consideration of the death penalty against Holmes is underway and the decision will be made through consultation of the victim's families. Holmes is being held under charges of first-degree murder and possibly additional counts of aggravated assault and weapons violations.
