Charges were filed against Carter for battery of the bouncer. Carter and another man were apparently refused entry into the bar and video surveillance shows Carter throwing a punch at the bouncer. The other man with him reportedly head-butted an employee as well. By the time police arrived, both men had been restrained by security and were arrested.
