Baldwin was stopped by police officer riding his bicycle the wrong way down Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. He was issued a ticket and proceeded to argue with police officers, which ended up with him being arrested for an additional charge of disorderly conduct. Baldwin, who has a large Twitter following, took to social media to angrily vent about New York City’s priorities. New York has recently stepped up ticketing for violations including failure to yield to pedestrians and cell phone use.
