New Orleans Criminal Lawyer

Now that Mardi Gras is behind us we look forward to rest after the combined Super Bowl and Mardi Gras consumed New Orleans.

Many of us had a lot of fun, and with that comes the potential for problems. Many tourists (and locals alike) indulge to excess during the Carnival time leading to increased arrests by the police for even minor violations.

If you have been arrested and plan on returning home, certain crimes require you to petition the court to actually leave town. For other violations you can be represented in absence by a seasoned criminal defense attorney. If you or someone you know who was visiting from out of town and was arrested during Mardi Gras, please contact Bloom Legal at 504-599-9997 or email us at info@bloomlegal.com to go over the specifics of your case.
