The NFL season officially kicks off tonight when the Dallas Cowboys take on the defending Super Bowl Champion New York Giants. As exciting as this is, we all know that the season really kicks off on Sunday when the Saints open the season against the Washington Redskins at 12:00 CDT. The offseason has been full of turmoil but interim-to-the-interim head coach Aaron Kromer is confident in the team's ability to be a force on the field.
