This was not a brief episode of irresponsibility. By characterizing it as such, you are minimizing the sexual battery. As to the “brief episode” characterization, you need to read his Twitter feed, @KonwayTweety, which over the span of weeks, is boastful and belligerent about the crime he committed. In addition, there are probably civil liabilitites to Krystle since their employee witnessed a crime, yet did nothing.
