Weatherly was arrested for two counts of DUI back in November 2015. He pled no contest and agreed to do a 3-year probation, 3-month alcohol program, and MADD classes. Weatherly has played Anthony DiNozzo on 'NCIS' for 13 seasons since the start of the show.
