Baton Rouge man arrested early Sunday for 7th offense DWI

State troopers noticed Warner speeding at 78 in a 55 mph zone, and when pulled over, smelled of alcohol. After performing poorly on the field sobriety test and refusing the Breathalyzer, Warner was arrested for a 7th offense DWI with a bail of $61,000. As of Sunday evening, he had posted bail and was released. As of his Sunday arrest, Warner has two criminal cases pending and show that he has been arrested six times previously for DWIs, although they have not confirmed how many were convictions.
