His bodyguard is also being charged with the same. U.S. Marshals Service went to the rapper's mansion and after initially being denied entry at the gate, was let entry into the mansion where Rick Ross was arrested. Early this month, he was arrested in Atlanta for marijuana possession after being pulled over in a traffic stop for an illegal tint.
