The actor had been seen earlier in the day arguing on the street with a homeless man, which was captured by TMZ photographers prior to going to the Broadway play 'Cabaret' starring Alan Cummings. During the play, Lebouf was disruptive and was seen smoking inside the theater. After leaving Studio 54 and falling down, it took nearly half a dozen NYPD officers to bring him into custody because of his erratic behavior. Once inside jail, he was seen banging his head against a wall and screaming profanities at police officers. Mr. Lebouf was released early Friday morning of his own recognizance and is being charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass with an arraignment date set for July 24.
