Currently, little is known about where the Mayor's son was drinking and whether or not it was at a home or a bar. Reports indicate that he was arrested last night near the intersection of Zimple and Broadway (conspicuously close to a well-known college drinking establishment) after allegedly hitting two parked cars. It remains unclear whether the City Attorney who is usually tasked with prosecuting such offenses will have to recuse himself given that the Mayor is effectively his employer. For more on this story as it develops, tune in to WDSU this evening at 5 and 6 pm to catch Bloom Legal's own Seth Bloom.
